Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
hptaya currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. hptaya reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the hptaya cashier section. Deposits are generally credited to your hptaya account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the hptaya Platform without the prior written consent of hptaya.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hptaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
hptaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hptaya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hptaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the hptaya Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
hptaya implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and hptaya cannot guarantee absolute data security.
hptaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason hptaya deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your hptaya account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
hptaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
